Babe Useless and I will be heading down to Atlanta tomorrow for the first Southern Regional Campus Progress Conference. Amy Goodman of Democracy Now! will be giving the keynote speech. I’m really interested in the training session “How to Remain Progressive in the Conservative South”.

Hopefully we’ll run into some awesome heroes/queeros, eat at some yummy vegan restaurants and we’ll definitely be tweeting, tumbling and taking photos along the way.

aaaand since I probably won’t have time to remind you over the weekend… don’t forget to help nominate Be Yr Own Queero for a Lezzy Award - Best Feminist/Political blog! If you’ve already voted, guess what! You can vote multiple times, once every 24 hours! Don’t forget to check your email and click on the confirmation link!
